How long as it been since you had a rip-roaring good time? Unfortunately, for many, it’s probably been a while. Puritan Thomas Watson said, "Who should be cheerful, if not the people of God?"

3:16 Stage Productions was birthed in a friendship. Three guys talking about their spiritual journeys and wrestling with a question: How can business leaders and church leaders partner for the benefit of the larger community? As we conversed about the activities and events we enjoy…an idea was conceived and a mission was born. Our purpose is to offer the highest quality events for the enjoyment and benefit of the greater North Penn community – entertainment, guest speakers, golf events, to name a few. Networking with area business and churches, we seek to provide what a single business or church would not be able to provide.

This ministry is designed to provide financial support to select non-profit organizations.

Our Founders

Dave Kern

Dave Kern grew up in the Philadelphia area, and from a young age knew he wanted to be in the business world. He graduated from West Chester University and was the owner of a steel company by age 23. In time Dave’s interest in the auto market began to emerge. He developed a unique sales concept, which led to his current position as President of eImport4Less Auto Sales, located in Perkasie, Pennsylvania. eImport’s success is based on its commitment to honesty, quality, and an unwavering desire for customer satisfaction.

Dave and his wife Cindy live in Silverdale, Pennsylvania. They have two adult daughters Aimee and Danylle who are pursuing their own careers. In his down time, Dave enjoys golfing, boating, and supporting “his” Phillies.

Paul Ridings

Paul Ridings is Vice President of Sales for SAS Group, an established leader in the development and marketing of products for the direct response industry. Paul graduated from Evangel University with a degree in Marketing. With 35 years experience in sales and marketing, he has worked with companies such as CBS, General Mills, and Meguiars Car Wax. Paul serves as a consultant for several companies, offering his expertise in package design and the retail marketplace.

Paul and his wife Pam live in Telford, Pennsylvania, a suburb of Philadelphia, and delight in their role as grandparents to their two grandsons. Paul’s favorite pastimes are golf, fishing, and following his favorite sports teams—the Pittsburgh Steelers and Penguins.

Charles H. Zimmerman

Charles H. Zimmerman serves as Professor of Practical Theology at Biblical Seminary and has served on Biblical’s faculty since 1985. He graduated from West Chester University with a degree in education and went on to receive his M.Div. from Biblical Seminary and his D.Min. from Westminster Theological Seminary.

A gifted communicator, Charles is in high demand as a conference speaker and lecturer. He serves on the Senior Leadership Team at Calvary Church, as a consultant with the Center for Ministry Advancement, and is a member of the Board of Directors of The Clemens Family Corporation. He brings experience and practical insights in the areas of strategic questioning, vision-casting, and leadership development.

Charles and his wife Kim have two daughters, Ashley and Megan, and reside in Hatfield, Pennsylvania. An avid golfer, Charles also enjoys reading and following the Philadelphia sports teams.
